| Bio: | Well it's me - the Shadowcat from Dublin. I've been asked why that name, and the answer is - I can't really remember, but I think it was suggested by a friend several years ago. It has nothing to do with the X-Men and / or Kitty Pryde (as someone said at Octocon, I'm the wrong height, my hair is too short and I'm the wrong sex).
Anyway the reason I'm here is my involvment in sci-fi fandom - most recently as a panelist on both Octocon and P-Con. After the success of P-Con IV in March 2007, and P-Con V in March 2008 I'll be running P-Con VI in 2009.
On a not so good news front, in July 07 I was diagnosed with very advanced cancer. But it will take more than that to stop me. |
